Customized & Personalized Items:
Non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Non-Customized Items:
Eligible for return if unused and in original packaging. For change of mind or customer-related reasons, return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product is faulty or the return is due to our error, we will cover or adjust the return delivery charges.
If the return is due to a defect or business error, the business owner will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a customer reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will pay the return delivery charges.
Contact us via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it’s our fault.
