We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

  • Customized & Personalized Items:
    Non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

  • Non-Customized Items:
    Eligible for return if unused and in original packaging. For change of mind or customer-related reasons, return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your product is faulty or the return is due to our error, we will cover or adjust the return delivery charges.

Return Delivery Charges:

  • If the return is due to a defect or business error, the business owner will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a customer reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will pay the return delivery charges.

How to Return:

Contact us via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it’s our fault.
